With great satisfaction we announce the results obtained.

In the Food Collection Campaign, held on December 13 and 14, 2.248,35 kg were collected. of food, valued at € 5.620,87, which have allowed 55 lots to be distributed to needy families. *(Given on December 19, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.). 

Also at the request of the group of the Legion of Mary we have given food (15 lots) to the religious Clarisas of the Convent of Santa María de Jerusalem of Barcelona, ​​also with economic difficulties. Help that was done as in previous years. *(Given on December 31, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.).

We want to express our gratitude to the volunteers, monitors Esplai, parishioners, and other donors who have made it possible.

As for the collection for Diocesan Caritas of Barcelona, ​​held on December 20 and 21 in the Parish, € 570,00 was collected and have already been delivered to diocesan Caritas.

This year the 16th Parish Bazaar destined for Cáritas Parroquial, carried out between November 24 and December 19, € 4.930,00 were collected.

For Caritas Parroquial (Christmas Campaign 2025) the following anonymous donations have been received to help people in need: An envelope with €300.00 was hand-delivered to the Sacristy. An envelope with €5.00 was hand-delivered to the Chapel. Given by hand in the Parish Office an envelope with € 450.00. These donations will go to specific rental aid, electricity, water, telephone, textbooks, medicines, renewal of the Social Security card, DNI, NIE, Passports,..

Foods during the year are given by DISA - Solidarity Food Distribution *(in coordination with the Pastoral Communities of Sant Josep Oriol and l´Esquerra de l´Eixample). Our Parish collaborates with a monthly fee to the general expenses of DISA together with the other Parishes of the two Pastoral Communities.

Recall that all donations to Caritas Parish deduct in the declaration of income.
